Update on Crossing Guard Donnell

We have received news that Donnell has returned to his home to continue his recuperation. Mrs. Jennings in the front office is collecting cards. letters, and other tokens of good wishes, and will see that they are delivered to Donnell.

Spirit Gear delayed

The PTO had hoped to offer Lincoln Spirit Gear to order for delivery before winter break. We have learned that delivery before break will not be possible, and we will launch orders when we return in 2022.

K-8 Science Curriculum presentation

At the Superintendent's monthly meeting with Parent Leaders last week, K-8 Science Curriculum Coordinator Emily Speck  led an engaging and dynamic discussion of Science exploration across the K-8 grades. A copy of her presentation can be found here:

Community Announcements

Lincoln Lines is happy to share announcements of a not-for-profit nature of interest to the Lincoln community.This year we will once again acept commercial classified advertising. The cost for classified advertising is $25 for up to four weeks. Please send submissions to lincolnlinespto@gmail.com. The Lincoln PTO does not endorse any advertisers.

New Parent Group forming

We are looking to start a new group at Lincoln School for Parents of LGBTQ+ students, LGBTQ+ parents  and ALLIES

Please join us!

We are currently in the planning stages of this support group for parents. We will gather together on a regular basis to support each other as we take this journey. It can be a support system, an educational experience and an advocacy group all in one. We can make it what we need! Please email Anne-Marie Carlson focusamc@gmail.com or Gabrielle Kyriakides gabrielle.kyriakides@gmail.com so that we can gauge community interest and if you have any questions

If your family is new to the PTO directory, follow the instructions below to join.

 

  • Go tohttps://lincoln.membershiptoolkit.com
  • Click on the Register/Login button.
  • If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit, you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
  • Select “Create Account” and fill in the name, email and password information.
  • Click “Verify my email” and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
  • Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the verification process.

 

  1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information
  2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences

 

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can “invite” other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
